Mango Pitter Machine Description
▶ Introduction:
This Multi-Head Mango Pit Removing Machine is a heavy-duty solution developed for large and medium-sized fruit processing plants, central kitchens, and dried fruit/juice production lines. It eliminates the pain points of low efficiency and safety hazards associated with manual mango cutting and pitting. Featuring a unique dual-motor independent drive system, the chain conveyor and the pitting pusher operate separately to ensure extremely precise mango positioning. With a stable output of 40 pcs/min, it saves the labor of at least 5-8 workers while ensuring a clean cut around the pit, maximizing the yield of high-value mango flesh.

▶ Pitting Cases:
Most conventional pitting machines use a single motor with gear transmission, which is prone to jamming. Our machine is equipped with a 1.5kW chain motor to deliver gentle, precise mango conveying, plus a powerful 2.0kW push rod motor that instantly ejects the pits. The two power systems work independently, ensuring longer service life of the equipment.
